Our worldwide response to the COVID-19 pandemic is happening because of YOU. Facing the challenges posed by the virus, as well as by worldwide shelter-in-place orders and travel bans, we were able to launch one of our largest global emergency responses in our 36-year history—quickly mobilizing support here in Los Angeles, around the US and around the world to help the most vulnerable populations. Though COVID-19 spread around the world with unprecedented speed, we were ready, thanks to the deep investments YOU have made in disaster preparedness and response capacity over the years.
